You Are What You Think

You are what you think ; Law of Attraction

"Who you are is greatly influenced by what you think. Sometimes, the thoughts we have all the time, even if they seem normal, can bring us down and stick with us for a long time. Let's take a look at three of these common negative thoughts and how we can turn them around to make our lives better.

  1. "I'm Not Good Enough": This thought pops up a lot, especially when we're facing challenges or comparing ourselves to others. But guess what? Everyone has strengths and weaknesses, and it's okay to not be perfect. Instead of focusing on what we lack, let's celebrate our achievements, big or small. By believing in ourselves and our abilities, we can overcome obstacles and achieve great things.

  2. "I'll Never Succeed": It's easy to feel discouraged when things don't go our way or when we face setbacks. But success isn't always about getting everything right on the first try. It's about learning from failures and persevering despite them. Instead of dwelling on past mistakes or fearing failure, let's focus on the lessons we've learned and the progress we've made. With determination and resilience, we can turn setbacks into stepping stones towards success.

  3. "Nobody Cares About Me": Feeling lonely or unimportant is a tough thought to shake off. But it's important to remember that we are not alone. There are people who care about us and want to support us, even if it doesn't always feel like it. Instead of isolating ourselves or believing we're not worthy of love and attention, let's reach out to friends, family, or a trusted adult when we need help or companionship. Building connections and nurturing relationships can bring joy and fulfillment to our lives.

Changing our thoughts isn't always easy, but with practice and patience, we can train our minds to focus on the positive and let go of the negative. By replacing self-doubt with self-belief, turning setbacks into opportunities, and seeking support when we need it, we can create a happier and more fulfilling life for ourselves."

Thinking and believing of something that will happened is also called manifesting or Law of Attraction. Attracting good vibes as they say. I, Jennifer Surch, as a counsellor, acknowledges the concept of manifesting or the Law of Attraction, which involves the belief in the ability to attract certain outcomes or circumstances by focusing on them. This practice is often associated with attracting positive energy or "good vibes."

As an experienced counsellor ,  I acknowledged that thinking and claiming luck or good vibes is a practice that attracts positivity, finding the power of thought to be a captivating subject that has been explored by philosophers, scientists, and spiritual leaders over the course of history. Fundamentally, the power of thoughts suggests that our thoughts have a direct influence on our emotions, behaviors, and overall life experiences.

Scientific research has demonstrated that our thoughts possess the ability to directly affect both our physical and emotional well-being. The Law of Attraction played a significant role in that. According to this principle, you manifest the things you desire in life, and they may come to fruition. But what exactly does manifesting mean? Manifesting involves turning your thoughts into reality, akin to laying claim to something you've envisioned, whether it's the business you aspire to establish, the goals you strive to achieve, or any other focused endeavor for which you've worked diligently. It necessitates contemplating what you want to materialize for it to actually occur.

If success is your aim, you must wholeheartedly believe in your ability to achieve it. Attracting good luck entails maintaining a positive outlook regarding your objectives and having faith that anything is possible. For the Law of Attraction and manifesting to yield results, unwavering belief in the likelihood of events is imperative. Mere utterances won't suffice; consistent focus on your goals is essential to bring them to fruition. Regrettably, negative manifestations are also effective. Dwelling on unfavorable thoughts can attract corresponding circumstances into your life.
