It can come from single big problems or from worrying a lot about things that happened before or might happen in the future.

Simple things like being positive, finding healthy diversion like learning a new hubby, planting, doing home exercise, meeting new people, eating health or for people who finds it hard to handle it alone, there are many organizations that is available.
